摘要 目的了解团体辅导对残疾大学生自信心提高的效果研究。方法应用自行编制的自信心团体辅导方案,对10名残疾大学生进行为期6周的团体辅导。团体辅导前后分别采用罗森伯格自信心量表、情感平衡量表(ABC)、应付方式问卷进行测量,团体辅导后使用主观评价量表对团体效果进行评估。结果①学生的自信心水平有所提高,统计学差异不显著(t=0.341,P>0.05);②情感平衡得分有所提高,统计学差异不显著(t=0.280,P>0.05);③应付方式中解决问题分数增加,差异有统计学意义(t=3.043,P<0.05);求助分数增加,统计学差异显著(t=4.000,P<0.01);自责分数减少,存在统计学差异(t=-2.340,P<0.05)。结论团体辅导对于提高残疾大学生自信心、协调情感和学会成熟的应付方式有良好的效果。 Objective To understand the effect of group psychotherapy on improving self-confidence of the disabled college students.Methods We adopted group psychotherapy about self-confidence made by ourselves and trained ten disabled college students for six weeks.Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale,Affect Balance Scale(ABC) and Coping Style Questionnaire were used to assess before and after group psychotherapy.After group psychotherapy,Subjective Evaluation Scales were used to assess the effect of group psychotherapy.Results ①Self-confidence of disabled college students improved(t=0.341,P〉0.05);②the score of affectbalance improved(t=0.280,P〉0.05);③In coping styles,the score of problem solving increased(t=3.043,P〈0.05),that of seeking help increased(t=4.000,P〈0.01),that of self-abuse decreases(t=-2.340,P〈0.05).Conclusion Group psychotherapy has a good effect on improving self-confidence,coordinating affection and learning more mature coping styles for disabled college students.
