摘要
用 3种不同的加料方法和两种不同的加料顺序 ,制备了苯乙烯 -丙烯酸丁酯 -甲基丙烯酸聚合物复合乳液。测定了聚合物乳胶粒子的大小和分布 ;用滴定法分析了羧酸基团在乳胶粒子中的分布 ,并考察了乳液的碱增稠性 ;还测定了胶膜的溶胀性能。初步探讨了在复合乳化剂存在下聚合方法 -成核机理 -粒子微观结构 -乳胶性能之间的关系。
St BA MAA composite polymer latex was prepared by using three different feed methods and two different feed sequences. The latex particle size and particle size distribution was characterized by PCS. The distribution of carbolic function group in latex and alike thicken nature was analyzed. Water and solvent resistance of the latex films was detected. The relationship among polymerization methods, nucleation and growth mechanism of the particle, particle microstructure, properties of latex and films was discussed.
