丙烯酸乳液不同成分对皮革封边涂料性能的影响

摘要 通过调整乳化剂、功能单体、交联单体等各组分含量,制备了丙烯酸乳液。通过添加淀粉、颜料膏、助剂等,配制了性能优异的封边涂料。研究了乳化剂、功能单体和交联单体等丙烯酸乳液成分对皮革封边涂料性能的影响。研究结果表明:提高乳化剂和亲水功能单体的用量,丙烯酸乳液体系和皮革封边涂料的黏度和稳定性相应提高;当乳化剂的质量分数为2%~3%、丙烯酸的质量分数为2%(相对于单体质量而言时)时,封边涂料性能相对最佳;不同类型的交联单体氮丙啶、DF-893、CX-650和KH-570对涂料的耐热和力学性能均有影响,其中DF-893的加入量为2%时,耐热、力学性能和抗黏连效果最佳。 Acrylic emulsion was prepared by adjusting the content of emulsifier,functional monomer,crosslinking monomer and other components.The edge sealing coating with excellent performance was prepared by adding starch,pigment paste,additive,etc.The effects of acrylic emulsion component,such as emulsifier,functional monomer and crosslinking monomer on the properties of leather edge sealing coating were studied.The research results showed that the viscosity and stability of acrylic emulsion system and leather edge sealing coating were correspondingly improved by increasing the amount of emulsifier and hydrophilic functional monomer.When the mass fraction of emulsifier was 2%-3%and the mass fraction of acrylic acid was 2%(relative to the mass of monomer),the performance of edge sealing coating was relatively the best.Different types of crosslinking monomers,such as aziridine,DF-893,CX-650 and KH-570,had influence on the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the coating.When the amount of DF-893 was 2%,the heat resistance,mechanical properties and antiadhesion effect were the best.
