摘要
介绍了苯丙乳液聚合中微量功能性单体的添加改性、粒子设计及其聚合工艺改进方面的最新研究进展。采用正交实验研究了乳化剂种类、阴非离子乳化剂之比,单体与乳化剂的初始比、总单体中苯乙烯与丙烯酸酯之比及核单体中苯乙烯与丙烯酸酯之比等聚合因素对乳液粒子形貌的影响。
The modification progress in styrene-acrylate emulsion polymerization by means of adding trace functional monomers, and the particle design, as well as the polymerization technology are introduced. The effect of styrene-acrylate copolymerizing factors on latex particle morphology, such as the kinds of emulsifier used, the ratio of anionic tonon-ionic emulsifier, the ratio of styrene to acrylic ester in total monomers, the initialratio of emulsifier to monomer and the ratio of styrene to acrylic ester in core monomer,are studied through orthogonal experiment.
