摘要
对一起国产低碳钢螺旋焊管的断裂失效进行了分析。通过宏观、微观的检查及化学成分、力学性能的测试,发现是应变时效脆化和蒸汽中残留NaOH碱脆联合作用的结果,并提出了相应的措施。
A cracking failure analysis of the spirally welded tubes of the homemade low carbon steel was made. Through the macro inspection,micro inspection,and the measurements of chemical composition and mechanical performance, it was found that the failure cause was the combination effect of the strain aging embrittlement and the caustic embrittlement of the residual NaOH in steam, and some corresponding methods were porposed.
