摘要
根据某电厂 410 t/h锅炉水冷壁连续发生爆管,爆口呈脆性开裂,爆口区存在明显的脱碳现象和沿晶裂纹,确定导致这些金属损坏的直接原因是氢损坏。在理论分析基础上,借助电子能谱分析、电镜分析、化学分析等手段以及对该厂实际运行状况的调查分析,进一步确认该厂水冷壁爆管原因主要是碱腐蚀损坏,并找出了造成碱腐蚀的主要原因,提出了相应的整治措施。
Based on continuous damage with brittle fracture,decarburization and intergranular crack in water wall ofboiler,the damage is caused by hydrogen. The main reason is caustic corrosion through electric energy spectrumanalysis, electric microscopic analysis, theoretical analysis and investigation on actual operation. The improvingmeasure is provided.
