摘要
对国内外有关钢材标准和压力容器规范及水电站压力钢管设计规范关于钢材的冲击韧性和应变时效敏感性的有关规定进行了分析与比较,并提出了相应的建议,可供规范修订和工程应用参考。
A comparative analysis of the specifications on the impact toughness and strain aging sensitivity of steels in relevant steel standards, pressure vessel codes and some steel penstock codes of hydroelectric stations at home and abroad is carried out, and some suggestions are proposed. These achievements may provide a reference for revising the relevant design codes of steel structures and for application in engineering.
