摘要
目的探讨以长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂对X线辐射大鼠血清中葡萄糖(BG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的影响。方法大鼠复制X射线辐射模型,用林蛙油复方冲剂进行干预,检测各组大鼠血清中BG、TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C含量。结果林蛙油复方冲剂可降低TG和LDC-C的浓度,高剂量组能升高HDL-C浓度。结论以林蛙油为主要成分的复方冲剂,对X射线辐射大鼠生化指标有一定的影响。
[Objective]To explore the effect of Changbai Mountain specialty Rana japonica oil compound granules on serum BG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C of rats exposed to X-ray. [Methods]Wistar rats were the animal model for duplicating double factors about the X-ray irradiation.The serum BG,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C were detected after interfered by using Rana japonica oil compound granules. [Results]The Rana japonica oil compound granules could reduce the concentration of TG and LDC-C,and elevated the concentration of HDL-C. [Conclusion]The compound granules with the main ingredient of Rana japonica oil have a certain impact on biochemical indicators of rats with X-ray radiation.
