摘要
以甘草种子为试材,采用培养皿和穴盘培养方法,研究了不同浓度的复合植物生长调节剂ABT 1号和绿色植物生长调节剂GGR 6号、GGR 8号溶液浸种24 h处理对甘草种子萌发和出苗的影响,以期为甘草育苗和大田播种提供参考依据。结果表明:ABT 1号处理组,30 mg·L^(-1)处理的发芽率最高为40.00%,25 mg·L^(-1)处理的出苗率最高为19.44%,与清水和赤霉素处理相比未表现出优势;GGR 6号处理组,30mg·L^(-1)处理的发芽率和出苗率最高,分别为45.33%和26.39%,均显著优于清水和赤霉素浸种处理;GGR 8号处理组,20 mg·L^(-1)处理的发芽率最高为37.33%,25 mg·L^(-1)处理的出苗率最高为22.22%,与清水和赤霉素处理未表现出明显且稳定的优势。综合比较,绿色植物生长调节剂GGR 6号30 mg·L^(-1)浸泡甘草种子24 h后播种,发芽率比清水和赤霉素处理分别提高了17.22%和41.66%,出苗率比清水和赤霉素处理分别提高了11.77%和111.12%,是较为适合甘草种子播前处理的一种方法。
Taking Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds as the test materials,using the test method of petri dish and cave plate culture,the effect of compound plant growth regulator ABT 1 and green plant growth regulator GGR 6 and GGR 8 soaking 24 hours treatment on seed germination and emergence,in order to provide reference for licorice seedling raising and field sowing.The results showed that in ABT 1 treatment group,the germination rate of 30 mg·L^(-1) treatment was the highest 40.00%,and the emergence rate of 25 mg·L^(-1) treatment was the highest 19.44%.In GGR 6 treatment group,the germination rate and seedling emergence rate of 30 mg·L^(-1) treatment were the highest 45.33% and 26.39%,which were significantly better than those of water and gibberellin soaking treatment.In GGR 8 treatment group,the highest germination rate of 20 mg·L^(-1) treatment was 37.33%,and the highest seedling emergence rate of 25 mg·L^(-1) treatment was 22.22%,which did not show obvious and stable advantages compared with water and gibberellin treatment.In a comprehensive comparison,the green plant growth regulator GGR 6 soaked licorice seeds for 24 hours and then sowed,the germination rate was 17.22% and 41.66% higher than that of water and gibberellin treatment,respectively,and the seedling emergence rate was 11.77% and 111.12% higher than that of water and gibberellin treatment,respectively.It was a more suitable method for the treatment of licorice seeds before sowing.
