摘要
目的探讨长白山复方林蛙油冲剂对X射线照射Wistar大鼠外周血白细胞(WBC)及丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法复制X射线辐射大鼠模型,用复方林蛙油冲剂进行干预,观察各组大鼠WBC及MDA含量的变化。结果大鼠经X线照射后,外周血白细胞总数比正常空白对照组显著降低(P<0.05);照射前给予复方林蛙油冲剂,显示辐射大鼠血清WBC显著升高(P<0.05)。X线照射后7 d,各实验组大鼠血清MDA含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论复方林蛙油冲剂具有一定的抗X线辐射损伤作用。
Objective To obersve the effects of rana japonica oil compound granules on white blood cells(WBC) and serum MDA in Wistar rats subjected to pre-and post-irradiation.Methods The models of wistar big mice under X radiation were copied and the intervened with the compound prescription powder made from rana japonica oil,the WBC number and MDA activity in the pre-and post-irradiation were observed.Results After the irradiation,WBC total obviously reduced compared to the normal blank control group(P<0.05);number of WBC significantly increased when rana japonica oil compound granules was given to rats before irradiation(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the contents of MDA in all the rats after seven days′ irradiation(P>0.05).and treatment of rana japonica oil compound granules to rats pre-and post-irradiation decreased MDA activity.Conclusion Compound prescription powder mainly made from rana japonica oil had protective effects on big mice with irradiation damage induced by X-rays.
