摘要
21世纪,物流在我国蓬勃发展,但是物流基层员工的离职率居高不下,员工工作消极,物流企业的形象和经济效益都被大打折扣。文中以南宁市某物流公司基层员工的激励机制进行案例分析,探讨如何设计一套针对物流基层员工的有效合理的激励机制,以提高物流基层员工的工作积极性,实现企业和员工的双赢。
The logistics industry has been developing rapidly in China since the 21st century.However,the general staff demission rate is extremely high with low enthusiasm for work,which leads to a huge damage of the logistics company image and profitability.This thesis is based on the specific case study of the motivation mechanism for general employees in a logistics enterprise of Nanning.The purpose of the study is to develop an effective and reasonable motivation mechanism to enhance employees' enthusiasm,which realizes the win—win situation for both enterprises and employees.
