摘要
文章提出 ,我国地勘工作管理体制改革 ,应当包括三大内容 :①构建市场经济体制下地勘工作的微观基础 ;②培育和发展地质勘查市场 ;③明确国家对地勘工作的宏观管理。文章对这三个方面进行了论述。
The paper points out that three aspects should be included in the reform of management system in geological prospecting work, that are to establish micro-basis of geological prospecting work under the system of market economy, to bring up and develop the geological prospecting market and to define national macro-management of geological prospecting work.
