摘要
地勘单位由企业化管理转型为企业化经营已是必然,在这种情况下,各地勘单位应依据自身优势,把发展作为第一要务,彻底摆脱计划经济的管理模式,树立起战略发展的观点。为此,本文从大地质大市场战略、组织创新战略、资本经营战略、品牌战略、人力资本战略、企业文化战略等六个方面对地勘单位企业化经营发展进行了分析探讨,认为各地勘单位必须在充分了解和研究市场形势、技术发展趋势和自身基础条件的前提下,制定相应的发展战略,它是关系到地勘单位企业化经营生存和发展的具有决定性、全局性和长远性的决策。
It is necessary for a geological exploration unit to change from commercialization running to commercialization management. Under this circumstance, geological exploration units in each place should put their development above all on the basis of their own superiorities, get rid of the traditional management model of planned economy thoroughly and set a viewpoint of strategic development, This paper analyzed and discussed the commercialization management and development of geological exploration units from the following six aspects: great-scale geology and super market strategy, organization innovation strategy, capital management strategy, brand strategy, human capital strategy and enterprise culture strategy. And it is pointed out clearly that each geological exploration unit should establish corresponding development strategy after understanding and studying their own basic conditions and the trend in marketing and technical development which is the crucial, overall and long-term decision-making related to survival and development of commercialization management of a geological exploration unit.
