摘要
本文利用全国地质资料汇交监管平台,总结回顾近几年湖北省地质资料汇交监管情况,提出目前在汇交管理中存在管理体制仍未完全理顺、汇交种类有待扩增、汇交周期亟待缩短、汇交催交工作难度较大四点问题,并探索提出优化制度体系、丰富馆藏资料、完善工作机制、强化催交清理四点建议。
Based on the submission and supervision platform of geological data throughout the country and by summarizing the submission and supervision of geological data of Hubei Province in recent years, the paper proposes that the management system in the current submission management is still incomplete, the type of submission needs to be increased, the submission cycle needs to be shortened, and the difficulty of submission and expediting is hard, and explores four suggestions as to optimizing the system mechanism, enriching the collection materials, improving the working mechanism and strengthening expediting clearing.
