摘要
采用微波辅助提取法和超声提取法萃取神秘果种子挥发油的主要化学成分,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析其成分,运用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量.鉴定出26种化合物,其主要成分为棕榈酸、油酸、3α-烷基-12-齐墩果烯乙酸酯和14-甲基十五烷酸甲酯等.
The essential oil extracted from the seeds of Synsepalum dulcificum by microwave assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction, was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative contents in the essential oil were determined by peak area normalization. 26 components were identified in the essential oil of the seeds. The major composition was n-hexadecanoic acid, oleic acid, 12-oleanen-3-yl acetate, (3.alpha)-and lup-20 (29)-en-3-ol, acetate, (3.beta). The result can provide a scientific basis to pharmacology and toxicology of the seeds of Synsepalum dulcificum, and offer reference for the further development and utilization.
