大麻叶提取物及其活性成分齐墩果烯和齐墩果酸的抗菌活性研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了低毒大麻叶不同极性浸膏的抑菌作用并对其活性抑菌物质进行跟踪,采用乙醇作溶剂对大麻叶的药用成分进行了粗提取,再用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇溶剂进行萃取,并且对不同极性的浸膏进行抑菌实验的研究,对抑菌效果明显的浸膏进行化学物质的分离,采用UV、IR、NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。对分离的化学物质进行抑菌实验的研究。结果表明,大麻叶的石油醚浸膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌有明显(P〈0.001)的抑制作用,同时低毒大麻叶石油醚浸膏中化学物质齐墩果烯和齐墩果酸(P〈0.001)的抑制作用更加明显。 The bacteriostatic action of cannabis' leaves extraction were studied in this paper and we tracked cannabis' leaves bacteriostatic chemical component. First the pharmic components were extracted with alcohols ,then with petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol respectively In this paper,the bacteriostatic actions of different extracts were studied, and the chemical components were sepovrated and identified by UV, IR and NMR methods. The bacteriostatic action of cannabis' leaves petroleum ether extract to Staphylococcus aureus,E, coliform,P, aeruginosa and Candida albicaus were obvious ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The bacteriostatic actions of oleanolic alkene and oleanolic acid from petroleum ether extract were even more obvious (P 〈0. 001 ).
