摘要
探讨了采用高效液相色谱–内标法测定吡蚜酮含量的分析条件。使用C18柱、以甲醇和水为流动相即可实现吡蚜酮、内标物与杂质的有效分离。方法的回收率为99.7%～100.3%,相关系数0.9995,变异系数0.37%。
An analytical qualification of pymetrozine by HPLC-intemal standard method was discussed. Pymetrozine with impurities and internal standard were separated on a C18 column using methanol and water as mobile phase. The recoveries of the method were 99.7%- 100.3%, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 5 and the coefficient of variation was 0.37%.
