摘要
本文介绍了高效氯氰菊酯的液相色谱分析条件，用硅胶柱在合适的条件下使氯氰菊酯四个异构体完全分离。该法的变异系数为０５５％，回收率为９８８～１０２０％。
The bata-cypermethrin was determined by HPLC on silica column.At the optimum condition,four optical isomers of bata-cypermethrin can be seperated completely.The coefficient of variation and recovery were 0.55% and 98.8～102.0%,respectively.
