摘要
目的建立赤芍有效部位芍药总苷的含量测定方法。方法采用碱水解法释放出苯甲酸,HPLC测定苯甲酸含量,进而计算芍药总苷含量。结果苯甲酸进样量在0.09704~1.9408μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.70±1.79%(n=9),RSD为1.79%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确,可用于赤芍有效部位芍药总苷含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a model for determination of total paeony glycosides(TPG) in the effective genetic locus of Radix Paeoniae rubra.METHODS The way of hydrolysis-benzoate was employed to determine the content of TPG.RESULTS The linearity was validated in 0.09704~1.9408μg of benzoate,and the correlative coefficients was 0.9999.The average recovery was 99.70±1.79%(n=9) with RSD of 1.79%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,quick and specific.It can be used effectively for the determination of TPG in the effective genetic locus of Radix Paeoniae rubra.
