摘要类风湿关节炎（rheum atoid arthritis，RA）是由多种因素引起的以慢性进行性关节病变为主的多系统炎症性自身免疫性疾病。其主要病理特征为慢性滑膜炎伴关节软骨和骨质的破坏，由于关节滑膜炎症和增生，形成血管翳，侵犯关节软骨、软骨下骨、韧带和肌腱等，造成软骨损伤、骨侵蚀和关节结构的破坏。
