NLRP3炎性体与类风湿关节炎相关性的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis.RA)是一种以关节滑膜炎症为特点的慢性自身免疫性疾病,以关节滑膜炎及对称性、破坏性的关节病变为主要特征,可以导致关节软骨、骨和关节囊的破坏,并可最终造成关节残毁畸形、功能丧失。RA的发病机制尚未完全阐明.但研究显示其过程涉及到固有免疫及适应性免疫.有多种细胞因子参与.
