摘要
普通螺杆泵定子橡胶横截面厚度不均匀,在采出井井筒条件下产生溶胀温胀,定子长轴和短轴的橡胶变形量不一致,导致定转子型线配合精度变差,影响螺杆泵工作性能。通过调整普通螺杆泵的结构参数和研制橡胶等厚的等壁厚螺杆泵2种方法,提高了螺杆泵定转子型线配合精度,改善了螺杆泵的密封性能。室内实验普通螺杆泵和等壁厚螺杆泵运转初始扭矩分别减小40%和50%,现场试验系统效率分别提高5%和10%,进一步发挥了螺杆泵节能降耗的技术优势。
The thickness of the rubber transversal surface of common PCP' s,stator is uneven,so it is prone to be swelled by solution and temperature in the conditions of the borehole of the oil producers. This phenomenon can re- sult in the inconsistent rubber deformations in both long and short axis of the stator and even seriously cause the match precision between the types and surfaces of the stator and rotor dropped. Finally the operation performances of the PCP are badly influenced. With the help of the following two methods : adjusting the structural parameters of the common PCP and developing even-wall PCP with uniform rubber thickness, the above accuracy can be im proved and furthermore the sealing property of the pump can also be enhanced. In laboratory, the running initial torques of both common and even-wall PCPs are respectively reduced 40% and 50% ; in the field test, the system efficiency increases 5% and 10% separately, the technical advantages of PCP are further displayed.
