摘要
为了实现环状流程螺杆泵井单井产量计量,提高计量准确率,结合不稳定试井基本理论,通过变参数前后有功功率及扭矩变化关系,建立螺杆泵井变参数计量理论模型,形成了螺杆泵井的单井计量方法.应用结果表明:研制的环状流程螺杆泵井变参数计量装置操作方便、精度高、测试时间短,便于现场应用;进一步完善配套了螺杆泵举升相关工艺技术,采集的扭矩和功率等参数可为螺杆泵井下工况诊断提供依据,为后续技术开发提供了支持.
In order to realize the metering of the single PCP well in the cyclic process and improve the measure- ment accuracy, the theoretical measuring model is established by combing with the basic theory of the instability testing and changed relations between the active powers and torque parameters before and after the parameter ad- justment of the well, and moreover the metering method for the single well of PCP wells is developed, finally the method has been applied for 5 well-times. The results prove that the developed metering device for the PCP wells in cyclic process is characterized by high precision, short test time and convenient operation and field application; the technology has further improved and matched the relative technologies and techniques of the PCP lifting, the ac- quired parameters of the torque and power and so on can provide the evidences for the downhole diagnoses of the working conditions of the PCP wells, and moreover present the support for the further technical development.
