摘要 以732大孔阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,环氧氯丙烷通过水解、蒸馏等过程制得纯度99.5%(GC)以上的3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,然后与氨水Na2CO3,NaOH双碱存在下发生氨化反应,反应液经过蒸馏去除氨水、水,然后依次经过加碱、加热脱水、过滤除盐,分子蒸馏等过程得到无色黏稠透明、含量99.5%(GC)以上的3-氨基-1,2-丙二醇。该工艺已在工业装置上运行三年。 Through the process of hydroylytic reation, distillation and other coures , under the exsisting of 732 macroporous cation exchange resin as catalyst, 3 - chloro - 1,2 - propanediol which the purity is above 99.5% (GC) can be earned from chloropropylene, and then occurs mination reaction with Na2CO3 and NaOH in the presence of dual alkali. After the process of removing ammonia and water by distillation, and then followed after alkali, heat dehydration, filtration desalting and molecular distillation, the 3- amino- 1,2- propanediol which is colorless liquid and purity above 99.5% (GC) can be obtained from above reaction solution. The technology has applied in industrial device for three years.
