摘要
以新疆地产资源棉籽油脱臭馏出物为原料,经过预处理后运用分子蒸馏技术分离原料中的生育酚,并与原料直接进行分子蒸馏的结果做了比较。原料中生育酚的含量为4.1%,直接进行分子蒸馏后生育酚的含量为6.5%;原料经过预处理后再进行蒸馏,生育酚的含量为61.3%,方法简单、快捷,可以用来分离棉籽油脱臭馏出物中生育酚。
Tocopherol is concentrated through a process of molecular distillation from cotton oil deodoriser distillate(CODD),a byproduct of refining cotton oil in Xinjiang.Compared with the raw material and the prepared material,a technique of tocopherol concentration was studied.The content of tocopherol in the raw material is 4.1%.After molecular distillation process,the content is 6.5%,and the content of tocopherol in the prepared material is up to 61.3%.The method is simple and accurate,it is suitable for the sep...
