摘要
应用刮膜式分子蒸馏装置对胡椒基丁醚的提纯进行了研究。根据单因素试验的结果,对工艺参数进行了优化。设计了4因素3水平的正交试验方案,在保证一定收率的前提下,对产品纯度进行评价,得到了经优化的工艺参数:进料速率68 mL/h,进料温度90℃,1段蒸发温度为92℃,2段蒸发温度为100℃,蒸发压力为0.1 Pa,刮膜器转速136 r·min-1,最终产品纯度和收率分别达到98.35%和74.21%。
Piperonyl butoxide was purified by agitated short - path distillation (SPD). Effects of evaporation temperature, feed flow rate feed temperature, operating pressure, agitated speed and other distillation method on the PB concentration and recovery were studied. Then , on the basis of single fact experiments, the technological parameters were optimized by orthogonal tests that include 4 facts and 3 levels, in which the purity of product was used as a test target. The optimum condition was as follows: feed temperature 90℃, feed flow rate 68 mL/h, distillation temperature(Ⅰ) 92℃, distillation temperature(Ⅱ) 100℃,rotor rate 136 r·min-1 and operating pressure 0.1 Pa. The concentration and recovery of PB obtained from the experiments amount to 98. 35% and 74. 21% respectively.
