摘要
本文主要研究以间苯二胺为原料在酸性条件(盐酸或硫酸)下水解合成间苯二酚的新工艺,讨论了间苯二酚的合成中出现的具体问题并找出了解决问题的方法。在合成部分,通过设计和施行合理的正交试验方案,找出了间苯二胺分别在盐酸和硫酸条件下水解合成间苯二酚的最佳工艺参数,明确了各操作参数对试验的影响程度,并成功地得到了高收率的间苯二酚。
This article studies the new process of taking meta-phenylenediamine as the raw material in the acidity condition ( hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid) to synthesize resorcinol, and discusses problems in the synthesis of resorcinol and their solution. In the synthesize part, by designing and implementing reasonable orthogonal experiment project, the best processing parameter of meta-phenylenediamine in the hydrochloric acid and the sulfuric acid conditions hydrolyse to synthesizing to resorcinol is found, the influence of each operation parameter on the test is determined, and a high rate of resorcinol is produced successfully.
