摘要
"双语"师资培训工程是党中央和自治区人民政府解决新疆"双语"师资队伍薄弱的重要举措。文章对作为重要培训基地的新疆师范大学的培训成效进行调查,结果显示:在不断完善的培训模式和科学、系统、有效的管理教学中,培训学员在语言技能、专业素养、教育理念等各个方面取得显著的成绩,但也存在培训模式单一,考核难度小,培训成效利用率低,实习学校配合力度不够等一些现实问题。文章针对存在的问题提出相应的对策。
"Bilingual" teachers' training project is important strategy for bilingual teachers in short supply adopted by CPC central committee and Xinjiang people's government.The thesis has made an investigation of training validity in Xinjiang Normal University.The finding has shown that the trainees have made remarkable progress in language skill,professional cultivation and education concept in improving training pattern and teaching with scientific,systematic and efficient management but there exist some realistic problems,such as: monotonous training pattern,easier check,lower rate of training validity and inadequate coordination of learning-practice school.The thesis has put suggestions corresponding with some problems as a reference.
