摘要
质量是期刊生存发展的重要基础,期刊建设必须以提升质量为中心。针对高校学术期刊建设发展现状,分析期刊质量保障体系建设的必要性和思路,介绍重庆大学期刊质量保障体系建设的举措。
Quality is the key factor of the existence and development of journals, and improvement of quality should be the focus in the journal publishing. Aiming at the current situation of academic university journals, this paper analyzes the necessities and ideas of establishing a quality assurance system of academic university journals, and introduces some measures that the journals department of Chongqing University takes.
