在数字网络环境下,高校学术期刊只有转变观念,充分利用现有条件和数字网络优势,提高质量、扩大影响力,挖掘潜在的资源,为作者、读者提供更多更好的服务,切实注重知识产权的保护和编辑队伍的培养,才能在出版市场改革的浪潮中站稳脚跟,发挥高校学术期刊应有的作用。
Under the digital network environment, the academic journals should change concepts and use existing conditions and digital network advantages, further, the journal of Universities can play an important role in the reform of publishing market if it provide the more and better services for authors and readers, protect the intellectual property and train the editorial team.
