摘要
针对当前许多人认为科技期刊难以开展有效经营的观点,按照国家文化体制改革中“将公益性文化事业与经营性文化产业一齐抓”的基本思路,提出“以学术引导科技期刊经营”的理念,指出今日学术期刊的生存之道应是在坚持社会效益第一的前提下依靠学术导向开展多种经营。介绍了中华医学会系列杂志在该理念指导下在经营方面所尝试的多种措施及所取得的初步成果。
Ttl aim at the present point that science and teehntllogy periodicals are diffieult to promote efficient management, and according to the basic of the cultural institutional reform, which attaches equal importauee, to the public cuhural undtu＇takings and eeouolnieal cultural industry, we propose giving priority to the academic level in the management of science and technology periodicals. The precondition fur the existence of seieul：e and teehnology periodicals should be the social efficieney with multiple operations on tile tlasie of the aeadenlie guidance of tile periodicals, The author also introduces the manifold measures and experiences of management adopted hy the Journals of Chinese Medical Association during the recent years.
