摘要
语言服务业的兴起,以ESP为主体的翻译市场的发育,加上全球经济一体化和信息化的需要,我国翻译职业化在前行。探讨我国翻译职业化的内涵、进程及存在的问题,同时结合对我国发表在专业学术期刊上的英文论文(译文)的调查研究,举例讨论部分职业译者的翻译素养和能力。
The development of the language service industry and ESP translation market and the needs of global economic integration and informationalization have brought about translation professionalization.This paper discusses the basic concept of translation professionalization,its process and problems.Based on his investigation of ESP papers（English versions） published in the English academic journals in Shanghai,China,the author analyses the relevant translators＇ quality and competence,taking some translated examples from the journals.
