不同关系类型下心理契约违背对顾客不良行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 现如今消费者主权假设的弊端越来越凸显,消费者经常做出不良行为,比如虚假抱怨、不正当退货、报复等。通过实证研究发现顾客心理契约违背会通过顾客不满意程度正向影响顾客不良行为;关系类型会调节以上的影响作用。
