具有筛状结构的基底细胞腺瘤2例报告 被引量：2

Report of 2 cases of basal cell adenoma with cribriform structure

摘要 发生在涎腺的基底细胞腺瘤，根据肿瘤细胞排列方式的不同，通常将其分为4种类型，即实性、梁状、管状和膜性结构，其中可间杂有局域性的筛状结构。同一肿瘤中可以有一种以上的排列方式，通常以一种类型为主，而以筛状结构为主者十分少见n之，，国内文献中未见报道。它极易与筛状型腺样囊性癌相混淆，尤其在冰冻切片检查中，由于取材的局限性，在显微镜下常常只见典型的筛状结构，而更易导致误诊，应当引起足够的关注。现将我院近期收治的2例病例报道如下。
