摘要
近年来,翻译伦理研究逐渐成为我国翻译理论研究人员关注的重点之一。本文认为,任何行之有效的翻译伦理思想的提出均离不开对传统翻译伦理思想的审视与反思。鉴于此,本文以发生在传统中国的两次大规模翻译运动为历史与实践参照,尝试从传统中国对翻译行为的伦理诉求、翻译伦理与翻译政治的关系、译者道德问题以及翻译伦理思想的阐述方法等四个方面揭示中国传统翻译伦理思想的基本特点,进而提出树立相对主义的翻译伦理观的主张。
Translation ethics has become one of the major concerns of translation studies in recent years.We hold that the establishment of any new effective ethical principles of translation necessarily results from a profound examination and reflection of traditional ethical ideas of translation.Thus this article,taking the two great translation movements in Chinese history as the historical and practical reference,attempts to unveil the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese ethics of translating in terms of the common need,the relationship between translation ethics and politics,the translator＇s moral and the different interpretations.Based on that,the authors raise the proposal that we should hold a relativist concept of translation ethics.
