摘要
结合文献及专利,从抑菌机理、抑菌实验、应用实例三个方面,对中草药提取物在果蔬保鲜中的应用进行综述,分析了目前研究开发中草药果蔬防腐保鲜剂所面临的问题,并展望了其应用前景,为中草药果蔬防腐保鲜剂的开发与研制提供科学参考。
Refering to the literature and patent,application of the extracts from Chinese herbal medicine in keeping vegetables and fruits fresh which included antibacterial mechanism,antibacterial tests and its applications were summarized.The problems about research of natural antistaling agent had been analyzed and that the prospect of its application was forecasted to provide science reference for the research of natural antistaling agent.
