摘要
中草药提取液来源广、活性高、安全性好,是一种新型、高效的果蔬防腐保鲜剂,具有广泛的应用前景。本综述主要表达了中草药提取液对果蔬生理代谢的调节作用和对病原微生物的抑制作用,并对其使用方式进行了简单介绍,以期为中草药提取液在果蔬保鲜上的应用提供参考。
Chinese herbal extract is a kind of new and efficient preservations for fresh fruits and vegetables which is characterized by wide sources,high activity and good security,which has a broad application prospect.This research mainly introduced the regulation of Chinese herbal extract on physiological metabolism of fruits and vegetables and inhibition effect against pathogenic bacteria.Also,we briefly explained the use methods,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the development of Chinese herbal medicine in the preservation of fruits and vegetables.
