摘要
针对目前葡萄酒产品风格相似、葡萄酒企业之间竞争同质化、中国葡萄酒缺乏自己的特色和风格的现状,结合葡萄酒产业的特点,分析了葡萄酒风格的来源和新旧世界的葡萄酒风格特点,并在此基础上分析了中国葡萄酒风格选择存在的问题,最后提出了葡萄酒企业应结合目标客户群体的消费需求和企业自身条件确定企业葡萄酒的特色和风格的对策和建议,作者认为这是中国葡萄酒风格发展的正确方向。
Aiming at present situation of wine style's similarity,competition homogenization of different business and the absence of style in China wine industry,the author analysed the source of wine style,wine style feature of old and new world and question of China wine style selection combination with the character of wine industry itself,Finally,the conclusion that China enterprise should select wine style based on the demand of target consumers and the qualification of business itself was put forward.This is the right direction of China wine style development.
