摘要
根据HACCP原理和主动控制的思想,综合了相关学科和葡萄酒质量最优化理论,使用高级数据库语言VisualFoxPro6.0开发了“干红葡萄酒质量优化系统”,主要包括原料评判、干红葡萄酒传统酿造工艺、CO2浸渍工艺和热浸渍工艺等模块,旨在满足葡萄酒行业对葡萄酒质量控制的需求。经调试和运行,系统的功能基本达到了预期的目的。文中介绍了该系统的设计思想、功能、设计实现过程及特点。
Adopt theory of HACCP and initiative control, integrate knowledge of relative subject and optimization theory of wine quality, and use advanced database Visual FoxPro 6.0 successfully developed Optimized System for Dry Red Wine Quality, including wine grape materials assessment module, dry red traditional winemaking technology module, Maceration Carbonique module and thermovinification module etc, aim to meet the demand for quality control of wine industry. By debugging and running, expected aims and needs were achieved. Its design ideas, functions, design processes and characters were introduced in this paper.
