摘要
通过对12届全国优秀博士学位论文进行分析,发现医学优博论文的学科分布存在"共生效应"。选取基础医学曹雪涛和临床医学汤钊猷两位院士领导的学科作为典型案例,从学科环境的角度探讨了如何采取措施,营造创新氛围来推动创新性人才的培养,并分析了"共生效应"产生的机制。在分析典型学科的基础上,对今后如何改进学科环境,加强高层次创新性人才培养提出了建议。
An analysis of the winners of the 12 th National Contest for Outstanding Doctoral Dissertations finds a synergistic effect among medical programs that produced national-level outstanding doctoral dissertations.A case study was made on the program of basic medicine led by Academician Cao Xuetao and the program of clinical medicine headed by Academician Tang Zhaoyou.Based on the findings about the academic environment of their programs,a discussion is presented on the actual atmosphere and procedures of cultivating innovative people and the mechanism of the synergistic effect.Proposals are also offered for future improvement of the academic environment and cultivation of high-level innovative talents.
