摘要
采用问卷调查的方式,以湖南第一师范学院为例,对湖南省首届初中起点五年制公费定向培养师范生顶岗实习的任教情况、效果、影响因素及对回农村执教意愿影响进行了调查,根据调查结果及分析得出结论:顶岗实习全面检验和充分肯定了初中起点五年制公费定向生的培养质量以及其对学生成长、高校建设、农村教育具有积极的现实意义。提出了进一步做好顶岗实习的相关建议:合理安排顶岗实习、加强督察指导;强化教学技能训练、开展岗前培训;科学设置课程内容、加强教学改革;强化专业情意培养,提升发展后劲。
A survey is conducted on the internship of the first five-year government-supported and target train- ing students graduated from junior high schools in Hunan First Normal University, including their teaching situations, teaching effectiveness and the factors affecting their teaching, as well as their willingness to be teachers in rural areas The result shows that the practical internship work can examine and fully confirm the qualifies of these five-year government-supported and target training students graduated from junior high schools, and demonstrates its positive and practical significance to the development of the students and universities, and the rural education. Further proposals are put forward such as arranging the practical work reasonably and strengthening its inspection and guidance; consoli- dating teaching skills practice and conducting pre-career training; scientifically setting up courses and enhancing teach- ing reform; strengthening the professional awareness and improving their future development.
