摘要
通过深入当代中国正义问题的语境,揭示当代中国正义问题的真实语义,认为"人民的正义"受到伤害是当代中国正义问题提出的历史语境;"人民的正义"是普遍、普通的正义;应当坚持人民的正义,反对父权正义、庸俗功利主义正义与权贵正义;人民的正义在克服日常生活中的不正义中实现。
A true understanding of the issues of justice in China depends on the construction of a historical context where the infringement of people＇s justice can be sufficiently accounted for. People＇s justice is of universal and general significance. In order to uphold the concept of people＇s justice, we have to be wary of the patriarchal justice, the justice of vulgar utilitarianism, and the justice of oligarchy. The key to realizing people＇s justice lies in getting rid of injustices in the daily life.
