摘要
由于叶黄素(lutein)是自然界广泛存在的二羟基类胡萝卜素,也是人眼视网膜黄斑色素主要组成部分。叶黄素可有效预防并辅助治疗老年性黄斑退化病和白内障等眼部疾病,其在生物活性物质利用领域有广泛的应用前景。万寿菊是工业上提取分离叶黄素的理想工业原料。本文从万寿菊叶黄素提取专用品种、叶黄素分子结构及叶黄素稳定性等6个方面综述了近年来国内外有关万寿菊叶黄素的研究工作,并进行了前景展望。
As the lutein is widespread in nature dihydroxy carotenoids, and it also is a human eye retina main component of macular pigment.Lutein could be an effective adjuvant therapy to prevent and age-related macular disease and cataract and other degenerative eye diseases,and its used in the field of bioactive substances have a wide application prospect.Marigold is the industrial extraction and separation on the ideal of industrial raw materials lutein.ln this paper, lutein extracted from marigold exclusive varieties,the molecular structure of lutein and lutein stability at home and abroad in recent years,six aspects of the relevant research work of marigold lutein and the prospect were reviewed.
