摘要 研究了万寿菊叶黄素的提取条件及光照和加热对叶黄素溶液稳定性的影响。结果表明:1)其最佳提取条件是,以正己烷为溶剂,料液比(g/mL)1∶15,浸提2次,每次4 h;2)万寿菊叶黄素溶液对光极为敏感,对热亦不稳定。 Optimal conditions for the extraction of xanthophylls from marigold and its stability to light and heat were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the extraction with n-hexane was 25℃ ,1 : 15 of the weight of raw material to the volume of hexane ratio,extraction for 2 times and 4 h for each time. Xanthophylls are very sensitive to strong light and unstable to heat.
