摘要 [目的]研究叶黄素油树脂的皂化工艺。[方法]采用单因素试验、正交试验设计分别考察了料液比、温度、碱浓度、反应时间对皂化叶黄素生产工艺的影响。[结果]碱浓度和反应时间对皂化率有明显影响(P<0.05),皂化叶黄素的最优工业化生产工艺为料液比1∶0.5,温度60℃,碱浓度50%,反应时间3h,此条件下叶黄素皂化率可达98.8%。[结论]该工艺反应时间短,所得产品皂化率较高。 [Objective]To investigate the production process of saponified lutein. [Method]The effects of material-liquid ratio,temperature,concentration of potassium hydroxide in ethanol and reaction time on the saponification rate were studied through single-factor and orthogonal experimental designs. [Result]The results show that concentration of potassium hydroxide and reaction time have a remarkable effects on the saponification rate. The optimum conditions were as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1:0.5,temperature of 60 ℃,reaction time of 3 h,and concentration of potassium hydroxide in ethanol of 50%. The saponification rate is more than 98.8% using the optimized technology. [Conclusion]The manufacturing technique of saponified lutein is a rapid and efficient method with short time and high saponification rate.
