摘要
性变态杀人案件作为一种特殊的刑事犯罪案件形式,有着特殊的犯罪特点。即选择侵害对象的相对性;犯罪行为的隐蔽性、连续性;作案手法的相似性、习惯性和犯罪手段的残忍性等特点。因此,不仅要打破常规,利用现代科技手段加快侦破案件;完善相关立法,消除各种影响变态心理的诱因;加强社区建设,对特殊人群进行心理干预和心理矫治,多角度、多层次进行防范疏导。
Lust murder is a special type of homicide. The traits of it includes ： Selected victims （ Ideal Victim Type）; Undercover and continuous offences; Connection between cases; Cruelty of killings. Modem techniques shall be adopted to investigate such cases. Meanwhile, relevant law and regulation shall be legisla- ted. The incentives leading to abnormal psychology shall be eliminated. Function of Community shall be em- phasized. Psychological intervention and mental correction needs to be applied to special group. Various meas- ures shall be adopted to prevent lust murder.
