摘要
针对现代自动测试领域对数字化仪测试需求,设计并开发了一种PXI总线高速数字化仪;详细介绍了PXI接口电路设计方法,以及使用FPGA作为本地控制器,完成高速数据转换和异步FIFO数据缓存;采用驱动程序开发工具Windriver,在Visual C++6.0平台下完成模块驱动程序的开发,采用中断方式启动数据传输,利用PCI9054芯片的DMA数据传输功能,实现了数据高速传输,单通道最大采样速度为40MHz,输入电压范围-10~+10V;结果表明,设计的PXI高速数字化仪基本达到预定的技术指标,运行稳定可靠。
A high speed digitizer based on PXI bus is developed to suits for the test requirements for modern automatic testing. The de- signing method of PXI interface is introduced in detail, and FPGA technology as a local controller is used to complete the high speed data transfer and buffer data with asynchronous FIFO. The hardware driver is designed in Visual C+ + 6. 0 software platform with Windriver which is a important driver development tools. The digitizer realizes the high speed data transmission with interrupt technology, and the DMA function of PCI9054 chip, the maximum sample speed is 40MHz, and the scale of input voltage is --10---+ 10V. Applications show that the high--speed digitizer essential to achieve the desired specifications, which also runs stable and reliable.
