摘要
针对目前用于航空测试仪器校准的信号源现状,提出了一种基于PC104总线和直接数字频率合成技术(Direct Digital Synthe- size,DDS)的程控信号源设计方案;文章先介绍整个信号源系统的构成与工作原理,然后详细论述其中DDS信号发生模块和功率放大模块的硬件设计;目前该信号源已通过相关部门验收并交付使用,该信号源可满足飞机供电系统的各种测试环境要求,其技术指标完全符合国军标GJB 181A—2003的相关要求。
To the present conditions of signal generator for the aviation testing instrument adjustment, this paper puts forward a design method based on PC104 bus and the technology of the direct digital synthesis. The paper first describes the structure and the function principle of the total system, and stress on the hardware circuit design of the programmed control module and power amplified module of the system. At present, this signal sources has been identified by the related institute and used formally, it can satisfy the different test environment requirements and has characteristics of smart volume, high precision, good stability and convenient operation. The technical targets are totally accord with the related requirements of the GJB181A 2003.
