摘要 提出基于SD 2.0协议的SDHC存储器的多通道高速数据采集存储系统.主控芯片采用CycloneⅣ FPGA;A/D转换芯片采用了16bit AD7656.整个系统采用2片AD7656芯片进行数据采集,使得整个系统的数据采集能力达到了12个通道,每个通道的最高采样率达到250 Kp/s,实现了高速多通道大数据量的数据采集存储,最大采样机存储数据量达到了48 Mbit/s,是目前同类产品的4~8倍存储量.同时在FPGA内部还对采集的数据进行滤波、FFT等信号处理算法,使得数据可以得到初步计算分析.由于采用了低功耗设计,且采集存储系统体积较小,整个系统可以在野外环境中进行数据采集,有较好的应用前景. In the data acquisition and analysis systems,data acquisition and storage is an important component , usually embedded processor as the system data acquisition and storage of master chip . SD cards are currently the most popular portable storage,its convenient and safe , and the small size , and has been widely used in industrial and consumer electronics storage. However,there is in the industrial field for multi-channel data acquisition and storage are still using slower CF cards and the first generation of protocols based on SD 1.0 first generation SD memory. Meanwhile the main chip also use more slower and some low frequency DSP chip as the main chip . The hardware has been difficult to adapt to the current high-speed multi-channel data acquisition request. Therefore, The proposed high-speed multi-channel data acquisition SDHC memory storage system based on SD 2.0 protocol. Master chip CycloneIV FPGA; A/D converter chip uses a 16bit AD7656. The entire system uses two AD7656 chips for data acquisition, data acquisition capability enables the system to achieve a 12-channel ,the maximum sampling rate per channel reaches 250 kps, to achieve a high speed multi-channel data capture large amounts of data storage , the maximum sampling machine the amount of data storage reached 48Mbit / s,is 4 8 times the storage capacity of similar products. While the FPGA also collected data filtering ,FFT and other signal processing algorithms ,allows data has been initially calculated. As a result of low power design , and collecting small volume storage system , the entire system can collect data in the field environment, there is a good prospect.
