摘要
基于PLC体积小、能耗低、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等优点和实验系统监控的需要,本文分别以小功率加热体和步进电机为监控对象,利用计算机、西门子S7-200PLC和组态软件WinCC6.0实现了对温度控制系统和步进电机运行系统的独立控制,并根据实验系统的控制要求,进行了硬件设计和软件设计。实验结果表明,温度控制系统实现了小功率加热体温度的控制,误差为±1℃。经调试,实验系统稳定性和精确度较高,操作方便,实验效果良好,且PLC综合实验系统可用于教学、培训及科研等相关工作。
The independent control of temperature control system and stepping motor production system is realized by taking advantage of the computer, the PLC of SIEMENS S7 - 200 and the configuration soft- ware WinCC6.0, which is based on the advantages of PLC, such as small size, low energy consumption, high reliability and strong anti-interference ability, as well as the demand of experiment system monito- ring. The low-power heater and stepping motor are monitoring objects of the system in this paper. Hard- ware and software are designed, which are based on controlling demand of experimental system. Experi- mental results show that temperature control of the low-power heater is achieved and the error is ± 1 ℃ in the temperature control system. After debugging, the test system is confirmed to attain stability, high precision, easy operation and good experimental results. The PLC integrated experimental system can be used for teaching, training, research and other related work.
